Liz and Michael :: San Diego Engagement

I just love photographing engagement sessions.  Unlike the hectic schedule of a busy wedding day, engagement sessions allow me to take a little more time and even move in between locations with wardrobe changes.  It’s a wonderful way for me to get to know my couple, build some rapport and great way for my couples to feel comfortable in front of the camera.

Liz and Michael’s engagement session was a great time!  We started off at Balboa Park where I took a more candid and photojournalist approach to photographing them.  They were so natural and organic that I barely had to give them any direction at all.  We then ended up in downtown San Diego for sunset.  I captured perfect little moments in between candid scenes keeping them moving and on the go.  We even ended up at the top of Icon, a luxury condo high-rise for sunset.  It was the perfect ending to an amazing San Diego engagement session.
